Update Information

If you are a member and your information is out of date or you would like to submit an article for publication to the site it is a really easy task.

To start
To start you will need to access the Member web interface where this information is stored. To access the member web interface you will need a login and password - which will have been sent in your welcome letter. Alternatively you can go to the LOGIN PAGE, and use the password reminder facility.

If you do not have a login and password please contact the Cambridge Wireless team on 01223 967101.

To add/amend a company profile and logo
Your company profile will appear in the membership directory on the Cambridge wireless website and in the pdf of our members. It is also the information which is linked to any articles you submit to the site.

  • LOGIN to the member web interface
  • Under ‘Your Organisation’ menu on the left select the option ‘Organisational Profile’
  • On this page you can upload you logo, add a profile, and inform us about any changes to your address

Please note: There are two boxes for your profile. The ‘Organisation activities in < 100 words’ field is the top level text which appear in blue on your member profile page and as your corporate profile in the pdf of our members. The full text is not capped and displays in the body of your company directory page.

How to post news, jobs and events

  • LOGIN to the member back office system
  • Under ‘Your Organisation’ menu on the left select the option you require
  • A list will then appear of all the articles currently in the system for your organisaiton
  • At the top of this list (on the far right) is the option to ‘Add New’
  • Click on this and complete the simple online form
  • Remember to click on ‘SAVE’ at the foot of the page

Your article will then be sent to the editor of the site, reviewed and published within 48 hours of submission.

Please note: Your logo will automatically appear on the article unless you upload an alternative image

Add your company to the Searchable directory and partnering database

  • LOGIN to the member web interface
  • Under ‘Your Organisation’ menu on the left select the option ‘Organisational Profile’
  • You will then see a series of tabs running across the top of the screen
  • To view the categories available to your organisation please click on ‘Directory - Categories’
  • Amend as you see fit, but please do remember to click on ‘Update Categories’ which is at the foot of the screen once you have made any changes

How to add colleagues to your company membership

  • LOGIN to the member web interface
  • Under ‘Your Organisation’ menu on the left select the option ‘Staff Profiles’
  • A list of all staff linked to your organisation will then appear
  • At the top of this list ‘Add a new member of staff’. Click on this and complete the simple online form

Please note: A * next to someone’s name indicates they have the ability to post articles to the site and amend your organisations details. If you would like to give a colleague these permissions please add them to the system and then call the office on 01223 967101.
