Ostensibly similar to the Innovate UK IoT Ecosystem Demonstrator projects the call also requires a research element (it's a Research & Innovation Action) and looking to build links with the Future Internet PPP (through the use of FIWare) and cyberphysical systems (through the ECSEL PPP) and develop further outputs from earlier IoT European Research Cluster (IERC) projects.
This is potentially a great opportunity but what's required, how does the process work and how do you connect with the European actors?
The KTN is pleased to host a Community Networking event where you can get details of the call, learn how H2020 works and decide if it’s for you, meet representatives of the PPPs (Public Private Partnerships that set the Strategic Research Agenda) and have the opportunity to flag your interest by presenting your credentials and/or outline project proposals.
There will be ample time allowed for networking. The event will be held on Thursday 27th November at the Congress Centre, 28 Great Russell Street, London WC1B 3LS.
The provisional agenda and registration link is here.
Additional information about ICT 30 from the recent Proposers’ Day in Florence can be found here. If you would like to present on your capabilities and/or suggest a project, please email Richard Foggie (richard.foggie@ktn-uk.org) at the KTN. Profiles will be used within the European IoT communities to match partners to emerging projects.
