About the event

Whilst Agile is widely used in some forms of software development, it is not so common in embedded software – although it is becoming more so. This session will explore how teams might go about using Agile and give an opportunity to share experiences.

After a short presentation on using 'Agile' in embedded systems, by Niall Coolling, CEO of software training company Feabhas, the session will be facilitated to ensure that all group members benefit fully from the discussions and can explore any issues they have. Whilst members of the group are expected to bring their own experiences to share in a trusted, confidential environment Niall will be there to share his expertise and experience from wider afield.

Agenda:
08:00am Registration and networking over coffee and bacon rolls
08:30am Workshop with Niall Cooling, CEO, Feabhas
09.15am Facilitated discussion about issues of using agile in the embedded software world.
10.00am Networking
10:30am Event closes
