Our New Managers peer learning group is aimed at managers who are new to their role, have just started to manage people and who are interested in developing their all-round leadership skills. Many managers choose this programme as a continuation from our popular Transition to Management course, but this is not a pre-requisite of the group.
The new programme will start again from April, with a free 2-hour ‘taster’ session on Tuesday 15th March for all those interested in attending. The programme consists of 2 x intensive days' learning and 7 x half day sessions, with a tutor and facilitator.
Directly following the free meeting all attendees will be asked to confirm if they wish to sign up as a regular (paying) member of the group from April 2016 – January 2017. Interested managers who cannot attend the taster session may still join the group and should contact us to express interest or with any questions.
The fee for the programme is £1,050+VAT.
