The amount of Customer Service / Customer Support experience you have is not important but the ability to speak conversation or fluent German is essential.
It would be preferable if you have worked in an office environment already. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
On a daily basis you will investigating and resolving customer requests, you will be the first point of contact for the German customers. You will own the incident through to resolution.
