How Cambridge Tech Week began...
Cambridge Tech Week was the brainchild of Ann Fisher who has worked with technology companies for more than 20 years. During the first lockdown in 2020, Ann had time to reflect and formed the idea of holding a week-long celebration of Cambridge’s brilliant tech businesses, as well as those in the East of England, and the wider ecosystem. As a passionate advocate of using technology for the greater good, Ann wanted to see Cambridge and the East of England unite to celebrate its global tech success and help future generations achieve their dreams. Ann continues to play an active role on the Steering Commitee of Cambridge Tech Week, to help plan and oversee this week-long celebration as it grows from strength to strength.
