Gareth Jenkins is a partner at Marks & Clerk and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney.
Gareth has been practicing in the field of trade marks for over 18 years. He acts for a variety of clients from individuals to multinationals, and has particular experience in the management of global trade mark portfolios, counterfeiting issues, the assignment of Intellectual Property Rights and trade mark strategies. Gareth is head of our national food and drinks team and he has principal clients in the food and drinks industry.
