Securing the Energy Grids of Tomorrow

Brought to you by Chronos Technology

The second in our series of webinars on resilient sync and timing for Energy networks, we look at how GNSS timing signals fit into the overall cyber security landscape

Registration for this event is now closed.

About the event

9 November 2021, 11:00 GMT;  12:00 CET

Following our successful webinar "Enabling the Energy Grids of Tomorrow" (available on our YouTube channel) we move to the increasingly important subject of Network Security.

During this 20-minute webinar we will explore the threats to Critical National Infrastructure like Energy Grids from attack through jamming and spoofing of GPS and other satellite based signals, and ways to mitigate and manage this threat to protect your timing and other satellite signal reliant systems.

We will also look at remote network attack vectors that can use management or timing protocols (such as NTP and UDP Port 123) that can potentially compromise your entire IT and OT infrastructure.

We are looking forward to seeing you online on 9 November, and please feel free to share this with a colleague. (Only registered persons can join the webinar free of charge).
