Nick is a former Royal Marine who served for 13 years, four of which were with the Special Forces Group. He subsequently co-founded Mojave Training, is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute, and a professional speaker on a wide range of leadership topics. He has worked with numerous leadership teams and Boards and is currently an active Board Chair.
