As the IT Digital Customer Experience Manager, you will report to the Head of Digital Business Solutions and play a key role in the IT department.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the digital interactions with u-blox customers are aligned with the business needs and objectives.

You will manage all the relevant systems and work with other IT managers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to provide high-quality digital solutions that improve the customer experience and support the company's growth. The ability to rank different tasks and deadlines is crucial for achieving good results in the role.

The role is in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire (UK).

 

Your Responsibilities:

 Lead the teams for Salesforce CRM and Website development, giving them direction, support, and feedback (managing budget and project timelines). 

Work with the Business Marketing product owners to define and priorities the Salesforce CRM and Website development roadmap, making sure it aligns with the business strategy and goals. 

Take on the role of Solution Architect and ensure that the technical design and implementation match the business needs and objectives. 

Follow the best practices and standards to ensure the quality, performance, and security of the CRM and Website and measure and analyze the CRM and website metrics and find ways to improve and optimize them. 

From the IT function perspective, you will be the Solution Owner for the Quote to Cash process in the Company within the ERP transformation program.

Manage the integration stream between the CRM and the new SAP ERP system.

Be in charge of implementing and managing marketing automation tools and processes, to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's marketing efforts in covering all contact points with the Customer.

 

Your Skills and Experience:

Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in managing digital projects.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and website development.

Familiar with SAP Sales and distribution processes.

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other web technologies.

Experience integrating CRM and ERP systems, using APIs, web services, and middleware.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
