Bailey Fisher, a leading executive search firm specialising in technology and life sciences, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ludo Chapman as Non-Executive Chairman. Ludo brings over 35 years' experience in driving business growth and fostering innovation, as a Founder, CEO and Chair/NED. Ludo currently runs the Innovation Practice, and sits on the board of several high-growth companies.

Ludo brings a wealth of experience in driving business growth and fostering innovation, as a Founder, CEO and Chair/NED.  Ludo currently runs the Innovation Practice, and has over 35 years’ business experience ranging from launching and leading start-ups to running a medium-sized business. Ludo started his career setting up a software training company, before becoming CEO of a scientific instrumentation business, Grant Instruments.  More recently, he has assisted technology start-ups in attracting funding and leading product launches, and sits on the board of several high-growth companies.

Bailey Fisher has a 25-year track record connecting ambitious companies with the high-calibre executives required to achieve their growth potential. The appointment of Ludo Chapman reinforces Bailey Fisher’s commitment to excellence and its strategic vision for the future.
