UKTI Trade Missions to the USA - SAVE THE DATES!

UK Trade & Investment is organising 5 trade missions to the USA covering; Cloud Computing, Software, 4G, Mobile Communications and Digital Media.

The US Outward Missions will support the UK's position as a global leader in ICT through frontline activity between US and UK industry.  The five USA Missions will aim to enhance the reputation of the UK's ICT capabilities with a focus on areas of technology that are up-and-coming, but yet far enough along the cycle of maturity that they present real business opportunities between UK companies and US companies.  The Companies will be chosen for their readiness for the US market, their ability to link their own innovations and technologies to those which are important in the US as a priority market for them.  The Missions will provide access to major industry players, initiate discussions, provide and establish a platform for learning, further talks and ultimately lead to business successes.

The UK has the most vibrant and advanced digital media industry in Europe, driven by the UK consumers' huge appetite for digital services and devices.  It is also a leader in the Mobile Communications Market, including the biggest user of mobile apps in Europe.  The industry has been one of the fastest growing sectors in the past decade and the UK enjoys world-class leadership in areas such as film and radio production, mobile communications, digital games, interactive media, graphic design, internet and e-commerce.
