EBCam's 2025 Employee Benefits and Rewards Survey

Following the great success of prior years' Employee Benefits and Rewards Survey, we are pleased to re-launch the survey for 2025!

The survey remains completely free to participate in and this year will enable you to save partial responses so you can complete at your leisure.

The survey will not automatically save as you go through, however, you can follow the link and save as you go through by clicking on "save for later" and entering your email address. This will email you a link to refer back to at a later point.

By participating you will also be entered into a prize draw for your chance to win a £50 Amazon gift card. *

What's new for 2025?

• You can now save results part way through

• We will explore PMI increases seen in the past 12 months

• We will look at how the Employers NIC increase in April is (or is not) impacting HR decision making in terms of reward and benefits

• As always, we have tried to reduce the number of questions without reducing the benefit/impact of the survey.

*to be eligible, you must fully complete the survey by the deadline. EBCam will select the winner at random using an online name generator. The winner will be notified in writing by EBCam Ltd after the survey has closed.
