Marks & Clerk bolsters UK offering by promoting Cambridge associate to partnership

Marks & Clerk, one of the world’s leading intellectual property (IP) firms, has brought one of its Cambridge associates, Mash-Hud Iqbal, into partnership, in addition to promoting three further associates to partners across its UK network.

Mash-Hud Iqbal has been elected to the Partnership in Cambridge. After graduating from Cambridge University, Mash-Hud has already made waves in his IP career, having been named a ‘rising star’ by Managing IP. He brings extensive knowledge to the Partnership in domestic client growth in a wide range of fields including electronic devices and sensors, software and medtech.

Mash-Hud Iqbal, Partner in Marks & Clerk’s Cambridge office, commented:

Mash-Hud has been brought into partnership alongside three other Marks & Clerk associates: Matthijs Branderhorst, based in the Oxford office, and David Grant and Thomas Zvesper, both based in the London office.

Marks & Clerk’s Cambridge office has been established for over a decade. Its office of European and UK Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys has developed particular strength in chemicals, life sciences (pharmaceuticals and biotechnology), electronics, telecoms, software and clean technologies.
