Dr Joita Dey

Interim Associate Director IP & Investment Management at University of East Anglia, Director of the NR 4ward project

Joita is the Interim Associate Director IP & Investment Management at UEA and has worked in Technology Transfer for several years now managing innovation projects, delivering license deals and successful spinout companies. Dr Dey has served as a Director and Board Observer for a number of UEA spinout companies including Cellexcel Ltd, Spectral Edge, and Intelligent Fingerprinting and supported them with business development, fund raising and IP management from the early days of incorporation to their exits. She is a Director of the ICENI Seedcorn Fund Advisory Limited and manages the portfolio and investments. As the Programme Director, she brought 7 organisations to deliver on the NR 4ward project.
