Your good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders as well as peers will support in your strategic role in bridging the gap between business and IT departments, fostering seamless collaboration, and enhancing service efficiency.
The role will be based in Cambourne (UK).
Your Responsibilities

Ensure the identification, documentation, and implementation of service requirements and organizational embedding in liaison with business and IT

Manages vendor relations, escalating to the Cloud Vendor Manager, Service Owner, and vendor as needed for contractual issues

Reviews service budgets and expenditure plans to ensure financial health; manages costs related to the service

Coordinate SLA creations through Interaction with the business team and application management service provider

Assure that duties and responsibilities for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are determined and processes are established, executed, and improvised

Oversee and guide all activities of the internal and external service team members

Own all related activities to run a SAP helpdesk, monitors department issues and business complaints and develop problem management and service improvement plans

Managing ITSM infrastructure and systems
Your Skills and Experience
-
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience as a Service Manager, Application Manager, or a similar role

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management Processes (ITSM), ITIL or DevOps
-
Sound understanding of how to run a SAP CoE service management processes

Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong can-do mentality and strategic mind-set

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Miro
-
Work experience in related industry in an international environment

Knowledge and application of project (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) or agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, OKR) practices and techniques is a plus
