Based in Brighton, UK, European Recruitment was founded in 2009 by David Wicks, whose previous company came 35th and 68th with the likes of Innocent Smoothies in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 in 2007 and 2008, repectively. The company was an established supplier to the European High-Tech & Finance market with £17 million turnover when he sold in September 2008.
